Returns will only be accepted 10 days from the delivery date.
You will only be eligible for an exchange if your item is in the same condition as when you received it, has not been used or washed and is still in its original packaging.
To start the return process you can contact us at orders@rivety.co.za Once your return has been received, inspected and approved you will be issued with a coupon code to use on our website to make your new purchase.
Exchange courier fees are at your own expense.
Please note that sale items are non-exchangeable.
We do not give refunds as such, however exchanges may be requested within 10 days from the delivery date. We also allocate credit coupons for future orders.
